Allison Donnell, ND, DOM, Vice President

Allison Donnell, ND is a Bastyr University graduate. She has also served as the Vice President since 2018.  She played an active role in achieving licensure for NDs in New Mexico, and has been a key coordinator in NMANP events and meetings. She is excited to continue to work with this amazing team and lay wonderful foundation for NM NDs to come.

Jessyca Franco-Chavez, ND, President

Dr. Franco – Chavez is the Chief Medical Officer at The Healing House of New Mexico, a wellness center in Northern NM. She served as class president for her 4-year medical class, honored with SCNM’s Leadership Award, received the American Cancer Society Rising Star Award, a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Medicine, Arizona Association of Naturopathic Medicine, Oncology Association of Naturopathic Medicine member.

Sandra Jones, ND, DOM, Vice President

Sandra Jones, ND, DOM has been practicing as a naturopathic doctor since 2002. She is a business owner, has worked in a federally qualified Health Center as a primary care physician, and has worked with private medical doctors and nurse practitioners in their private practice as a primary care physician. She is dedicated to providing quality healthcare services at a reasonable cost for our fellow New Mexicans.

Celeste Griego, ND, Secretary

Dr. Celeste Griego ND, LMT has been serving as the NMANP Secretary since 2016. Dr. Griego was on the legislative team during the passing of the Naturopathic Doctors Practice Act and is committed to furthering the practice of Naturopathic medicine in New Mexico. She currently works at Taos Whole Health and at her own small practice Celestial Body Vital Medicine.

Janet Gabriel, Assistant Secretary

Janet has lived in NM since she was 18.  After receiving her teaching degree, she worked until 2014 when she retired.  As her daughter was completing her Naturopathic medical degree at Bastyr, she realized that NM had no licensure for ND’s. Janet worked countless hours to draft SB135, the bill to license Naturopathic Doctors in New Mexico, which passed almost unanimously in 2019.  She now teaches and plays with her grandsons in Arroyo Hondo.

Jacqui Villalobos, ND, NMNAP House of Delegates

Dr Villalobos graduated from NUNM in 2000.  She has a private practice in Las Cruces, NM.  She has spoken internationally for conferences and contributes articles to the Las Cruces Sun News.  She is the chair of the Naturopathic Doctor Advisory Council to the New Mexico Medical Board and is the NM delegate to the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians.

Lilly-Marie Blecher, ND, DOM, Government and Political Liaison

Lilly-Marie Blecher ND, DOM has been in practice in NM for the last 8 years and currently co-owns Taos Whole Health Integrative Care. She was actively involved in achieving licensure and insurance coverage for ND’s in NM and also serves on the Naturopathic Advisory Council to the Medical Board.
